In addition, MEDION offers a driver & update service, which is subject to the following legal notices:

1. MEDION makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation all warranties as to the usability of the data provided in the Drivers & Updates section for a specified or unspecified purpose. 

2. Under no circumstances shall MEDION be liable for any consequential damages (including without limitation damages from loss of profit, business interruption, loss of information or data or from other financial loss) arising from the use of this data. 

3. The visitor to the MEDION website acts at his own risk! This also applies if MEDION has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
