The essential features of the goods offered in the MEDION Service Shop can be found in the product descriptions on the respective product detail page. The same applies to any restrictions on the period of validity (duration) and / or maximum quantities of individual offers. MEDION's offers are aimed exclusively at private end consumers.

With the presentation of the services and the provision of the ordering process at medion.com/medionserviceshop, we are submitting a legally binding offer to purchase the goods or other services that you accept by completing the ordering process.
If you are interested in purchasing a product, you can put it in your virtual shopping cart. With a click on "shopping cart" you get to the shopping cart view. Here you can see a tabular overview of your virtual shopping cart and you can delete individual items from your shopping cart by clicking on “remove” or the trash can symbol opposite, or adjust the order quantity using the selection in the “Quantity” column. If you are satisfied with your selection, start the ordering process by clicking on "Next order step".
The choice between new and existing customers then appears first. As an existing customer, you can log in with your access data and do not have to re-enter your data.
If you do not yet have a customer account, we recommend that you create a customer account so that you, as a registered customer, have direct access to it without having to re-enter your data.
After entering or confirming the personal data, in particular the delivery address, the desired means of payment is selected and, after another click on "Next order step", the final order overview. The latter contains all the relevant information about the order. By clicking on "Order with obligation to pay" you complete your order and accept the contract offer. If the data transfer was successful, you will then be shown a corresponding confirmation. You will then also receive a confirmation by email.
You can see any input errors when entering your personal data or selecting your shopping cart in the final order overview. You can change the delivery address and the payment method by clicking on "change" or the respective pencil symbol. You will then get back to the respective step of the ordering process.
If you want to remove an article or change your shopping cart, you can return to the shopping cart view or the last accessed article detail page by pressing the "Back" button on your browser several times, and you have the option of changing your details.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is exclusively English
The prices quoted are final prices including VAT and other price components. The sales price does not include any delivery and / or shipping costs.
Please refer to the respective item description, the relevant selection of payment and delivery modalities for the order process and the order overview to determine whether and, if so, to what extent delivery and / or shipping costs are incurred with your order. If shipping costs are incurred, these will be listed in the order overview.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is usually made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. The available payment methods are displayed when you place your order. The delivery time for a standard parcel delivery is usually 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. Parcel deliveries are carried out by our logistics partner DHL (in Germany) or DPD (outside of Germany). The standard shipping fee is EUR 7.95 (Germany EUR 5.90). The reduced shipping fee for shipments of goods / international letters is EUR 4.40 (Germany EUR 3.90). In the case of a bulk shipment as part of an order (freight or bulky goods), a total of EUR 19.95 will be charged.
You can save the offer pages on your hard drive or print them out using the browser's print function. As a registered customer, you can view your order history in your customer account at any time. The essential information can also be found in the confirmation email sent after the conclusion of the contract. The generic article descriptions and legal texts are archived by us on a regular basis. Incidentally, we do not save the individual contract texts.
We process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of contract implementation and - if permitted - also for the purposes of commercial communication. If you order goods as a consumer, you have a statutory right of revocation about which we will instruct you in accordance with the official instruction template.
Please note that when ordering digital content, you must give your express consent that we will start performing the service immediately after completing the order, i.e. before the statutory withdrawal period has expired. The latter has the consequence that the statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely. As a result, when ordering digital content, it is not possible to withdraw your consent.
