Terms of delivery

Delivery:
The delivery time for a standard parcel delivery is normally 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. Parcel deliveries are carried out by our logistics partners DHL and DPD.

If the order contains products that are marked with the availability note „Ordering„, MEDION will try to procure them within 7 days. If this is not possible within the time frame, the item item will be canceled.
If there are overpayments on your part, a partial or total credit will be issued. Depending on the size of your order.

Partial deliveries will not be made.

The delivery times for large appliances are displayed at the checkout during the ordering process.

For the following countries, the delivery area is limited to Germany. A delivery to an address other than that existing in Germany cannot take place.
