In correction of our notification dated 13 March 2007 (published by Medion AG on 28 March 2007), we, Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, Bayside Executive Park, Building No. 1, West Bay Street and Blake Road, P.O. Box N-4837, Nassau, Bahamas, and Pictet Trustee Company SA, Route des Acacias 60, CH-1211 Geneva 73, Switzerland as co-Trustees of Orbis Holdings Trust notify according to section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 of the WpHG that our proportion of voting rights in your company, Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, amounted to 15.14% (7,332,696 voting rights) as at 20 January 2007.

Thereof 14.94% (7,233,164 voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 and 6 and sentence 2 WpHG and further 0.21% (99,532 voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG only.

Of the following companies, each directly holding 3 or more % of voting rights in Medion AG, voting rights get allocated to us:

• Orbis Global Equity Fund Limited;
• Orbis SICAV – Global Equity Fund.

The chain of controlled undertakings, from which we get allocated 3% or more % of voting rights in Medion AG, is as follows:

• Orbis World Limited;
• Orbis Holdings Limited;
• Orbis Global Equity Fund Limited;
• Orbis SICAV – Global Equity Fund.

2. Notification of voting rights ("Stimmrechtsmitteilung") according to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – "WpHG")

We, Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, Bayside Executive Park, Building No. 1, West Bay Street and Blake Road, P.O. Box N-4837, Nassau, Bahamas, and Pictet Trustee Company SA, Route des Acacias 60, CH-1211 Geneva 73, Switzerland as co-Trustees of Orbis Holdings Trust notify according to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that our proportion of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, has fallen below the 15% threshold as at 26 November 2007 and has amounted to 14.95% (7,238,833 voting rights) as at such date.

Thereof 14.80% (7,164,046voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 and 6 and sentence 2 WpHG and further 0.15% (74,787 voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG only.

Of the following companies, each directly holding 3 or more % of voting rights in Medion AG, voting rights get allocated to us:

• Orbis Global Equity Fund Limited;
• Orbis SICAV – Global Equity Fund.

We, Orbis World Limited, Orbis House, 25 Front Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda, notify according to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that our proportion of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, has fallen below the 15% threshold as at 26 November 2007 and has amounted to 14.95% (7,238,833 voting rights) as at such date.

Thereof 14.80% (7,164,046 voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

In addition to the notifications made by Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, Orbis World Limited, Orbis Holdings Limited, Orbis Investment Management Limited, each dated 13 March 2007 (published by Medion AG on 28 March 2007), we, Orbis Global Equity Fund Limited, Orbis House, 25 Front Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda notify according to section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 of the WpHG on a voluntary basis that our proportion of voting rights in your company, Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, amounted to 9.80% (4,744,944 voting rights) as at 20 January 2007.

9. Notification of voting rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) according to section 41 para. 4a of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – "WpHG")

In addition to our notification made by Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, Orbis World Limited, Orbis Holdings Limited, Orbis Investment Management Limited, each dated 13 March 2007 (published by Medion AG on 28 March 2007), we, Orbis SICAV -  Global Equity Fund, 31, Z.A Bourmicht, L-8070 Bertange, Luxembourg notify according to section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 of the WpHG on a voluntary basis that our proportion of voting rights in your company, Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, amounted to 3.42% (1,654,097 voting rights) as at 20 January 2007.
